The Doctoral Student’s Union, together with the Doctoral School of Poznan University of Technology, invites all PhD students to the scientific seminar "The PhD Science Forum – Innovative thinking. Real data. Future science", an opportunity to present your research in the form of a poster, network with others and integration. The event will include a competition for the best scientific posters, assessed by the Scientific Committee and a plebiscite for the Audience Award.

When? Friday, June 27, 2025 Time: 14:00–20:00
Where? Lecture Centre of Poznan University of Technology (room 051, Piotrowo 2, 60-965 Poznań) and the green area near the dormitories.

Program:
13.00 - 13.30 – Registration
13:30 - 14:00 – Opening
14:00 - 15:30 – Poster session
15:30 - 16:00 – Announcement of contest results and award ceremony
16:00 - 20:00 – Grill & Chill
Additionally:
13:00–15:00 – Consultation with the Doctoral School office regarding individual research plan, annual report, mid-term report and for students applying to the Doctoral School

Participation in the event is free and possible only after prior registration via the registration form. Registration is open until June 24 2025 or until all spots are filled!
The organizers will print posters (B2 format) sent to samorzad@doctorate.put.poznan.pl by June 24, 2025, at 11:59 PM. Abstracts will be published in the book of abstracts.
