We cordially invite you to participate in our "PhDay - Doctoral Student’s Day at PUT" event!

PhDay - Doctoral Student’s Day at PUT is a training event aimed at doctoral students and candidates for the Doctoral School, including workshops on soft skills, panel discussions, and promoting best practices in the career development of young scientists.

The following trainings, workshops, and discussions will be held as part of the event:
● Introduction for candidates to the Doctoral School at Poznan University of Technology (in both polish and english)
● Collaboration between science and industry: opportunities, communication, best practices (in polish)
● How to talk about science in human language? (in polish)
● Interpersonal communication in the scientific environment (and
beyond) (in polish)
● Establishing contacts and cooperation with foreign scientists (in english)
● Academic etiquette (in polish)
● Best practices in obtaining research grants (in English)

The event will take place on May 26, 2023, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm in room L051 of the Lecture Center at Poznan University of Technology.
After the training part, an evening networking and a social event is planned.

The event is free of charge, and participants will receive certificates of attendance.
