The PoDEST (Poznan Doctoral Exchange for Science and Training) program aims to create a permanent framework for cooperation between universities in the field of doctoral education, enabling doctoral students to participate in selected classes, training courses and forms of support offered by other doctoral schools operating in Poznań. The initiative promotes the improvement of the quality of education, the development of doctoral students' competences and the strengthening of the integration of the city's academic community.
