On May 22, 2026, the scenic Dendrological Garden of Poznań University of Life Sciences turned into a vibrant hub of international culture! 🌳✨ Culture Day brought together students, PhD candidates, international research staff, and their families from across Poznań’s top academic institutions (PULS, PUEB, PUMS, PUT, and IBCH PAS) to connect, integrate, and celebrate diversity.

The event was officially opened by our distinguished guests:

  • Prof. Karolina Pawlak (PULS Vice-Rector for International Relations)
  • Ms. Anna Wawdysz (Deputy Director of the City Development and International Cooperation Department, and Plenipotentiary of the Mayor of Poznań for Youth and Academic Cooperation)
  • Prof. Jean Diatta (PULS-ISA Leader)

What a day it was! The garden was filled with fantastic energy, delicious international food, and amazing attractions. Highlights included an incredible Talent Show performance by the PULS-ISA Musical Team, dynamic Aikido demonstrations, archery workshops, beautiful henna body art, and a popular photo booth to capture all the smiles!

❤️ A HUGE THANK YOU to all brave volunteers & partners: PULS-ISA (under Prof. Jean Diatta), Miłosz Jarząbek, Emil Thiele, Alicja Kęska, Aleksandra Chrzanowska, Asliddin Saidov, Quratulain Ayaz, Wiktor, Jan, the Forestry Club's Archery Section (under dr Marcin Włoch), The Physical Culture Centre (CKF), Prof. Rafał Stasik & Aikido Club Shin Dojo, AfriGlam Titilope Otemuyiwa, the Masakli dance group, Rasheed Saliu, and ALL of amazing Students, Doctoral Students and Employees!
