PhD candidates at technical universities can access free and anonymous online psychological consultations as part of the nationwide WellBeFi – Remote Psychologist project run by the Wspólnie dla Sprawy Foundation.

It’s simple:
- go to the PDUT website,
- click the green phone icon in the bottom-left corner,
- accept the terms and conditions,
- choose the form of contact that works best for you.

Available options include:
- phone call,
- video call,
- text chat,
- booking an appointment at a convenient time,
- requesting a callback when all lines are busy.

Consultations are available on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and can be provided in several languages.

Remember: taking care of your mental health is just as important as your academic and professional development. Reaching out for support is a sign of self-care, not weakness.
