We are pleased to invite you to a public lecture by Prof. Long D. Nghiem, entitled “Water–Digital Nexus: From Microchips to Smart Water Systems.”

Prof. Long D. Nghiem is an internationally recognized expert in separation technologies, wastewater treatment, membrane processes, and environmental engineering. He has published more than 400 peer-reviewed journal articles and has a Google Scholar h-index of 116. Ten of his publications have been recognized by Clarivate as Highly Cited Papers.

Prof. Nghiem currently serves as Editor-in-Chief of Environmental Technology & Innovation and as an Editor of the Journal of Membrane Science. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry and is actively involved in international initiatives related to membrane technology and water management.

In his lecture, Prof. Nghiem will explore the connections between digital technologies, microelectronics, and modern water systems, highlighting their role in the development of smart water technologies – from microchips to smart water systems.
